- Running group coaching sessions (mock interviews, resume reviews, recruiter insights)
- Delivering 1:1 coaching calls and resume feedback
- Answering questions in our private client community
- Helping clients move through their next steps with clear, practical guidance

No fluff. No generic career advice. Just real insight from someone who's actually sat on the other side of the hiring table.

Who we want

- Recruitment agency or internal talent acquisition background. This is non-negotiable.
- Comfortable on camera. Natural,



not scripted.
- Warm but direct. You tell people the truth, kindly.
- Tech savvy and AI curious. We use Claude and ChatGPT daily. You should too.
- A self-starter who fixes what's broken instead of waiting to be told.
