THE ROLE
n
We're seeking an experienced and confident Department Manager to lead the Women's business across Ready-to-Wear, Handbags, Shoes and Accessories within a flagship luxury boutique. Working closely with the Store Director, you'll take ownership of the largest department in-store, leading a team of experienced Client Advisors while driving exceptional commercial performance, premium service standards and long-term client relationships. This is a leadership role for someone who enjoys coaching high-performing teams, thrives in a fast-paced luxury environment and knows how to balance people leadership with commercial success.

Day-to-Day
n
n
- Lead, coach and inspire a team of Client Advisors to consistently achieve sales and service targets.
n
- Build a high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration and exceptional client experiences.
n
- Drive CRM and client development strategies, growing VIP portfolios and increasing repeat business.
n
- Mentor the team to maximise private appointments, client engagement and conversion opportunities.
n
- Lead by example on the sales floor,
delivering elevated styling experiences across Ready-to-Wear, handbags, footwear and accessories.
n
- Monitor trading performance, identify commercial opportunities and implement action plans to improve results.
n
- Maintain impeccable visual presentation, operational standards and luxury service expectations.
n
- Partner closely with the wider leadership team to support store initiatives and contribute to ongoing business growth.
n

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
n
n
- Minimum 3 years' management experience within luxury retail or premium fashion.
n
- Demonstrated success leading experienced retail teams in a high-volume environment.
n
- Strong clientelling and CRM experience with proven ability to develop long-term client relationships.
n
- Experience driving private appointments, client conversion and premium service outcomes.
n
- Outstanding leadership skills with the confidence to coach, influence and hold teams accountable.
n
- Strong commercial acumen with experience delivering sales, KPI and profitability targets.
n
- Passion for luxury styling, particularly across womenswear, handbags, footwear and accessories.
n
- Excellent communication skills and a hands‐on leadership approach.
n
n
Candidates from luxury fashion, premium Australian designer brands, fine jewellery or prestige watches with solid styling and client development experience are encouraged to apply.

SALARY

$90,000 + Super + Monthly and Quarterly Incentives
