Dispatch and Logistics Coordinator - Full Time

Join our Noble Park call centre team as a Dispatch & Logistics Coordinator, overseeing fast-paced dispatch and logistics operations to ensure accurate, timely deliveries and excellent customer service. The role requires flexibility, with predominantly afternoon/evening shifts, some morning shifts, and weekend work on a 4-week rotation. No fixed shifts, flexibility to meet business needs is essential.

The Dispatch and Logistics Coordinator in our call center within our Noble Park location will be responsible for:

- Overseeing the dispatch and logistics operations.
n
- Ensuring high-quality customer service is maintained.
n
- Ensuring timely deliveries.
n
- Optimising the transportation processes.
n
- Manage dispatch processes efficiently within a fast-paced environment.
n
- Collaborate with various teams to streamline operations and enhance service quality.
n
- Play a key role in maintaining inventory accuracy and records management.
n
- Coordinate and optimise logistics operations to ensure timely delivery.

About you

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive coordinator who can thrive in a busy environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients.

- Experience in logistics or supply chain management preferred.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

- Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
