We are seeking an experienced and passionate Registered Nurse to join our Clinical Care team, servicing Adelaide with a base in Unley. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference by supporting clients in their homes while contributing to the development of clinical governance and care standards.

Responsibilities

- Provide exceptional nursing care to clients, including wound management, medication administration, catheter care, diabetes management, and social support.
n
- Conduct clinical assessments and develop tailored recommendations to meet clients' care needs.
n
- Ensure compliance with Aged Care Standards and clinical governance requirements.
n
- Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation.
n
- Work collaboratively with the Clinical Manager to enhance care processes and procedures.
n
- Be part of an on‐call roster to provide phone support as needed.
n

About You
n
n
- A current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
n
- Solid clinical knowledge and understanding of contemporary nursing practices.
n
- Proficiency with electronic medication management and clinical documentation systems.
n
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
n
- A passion for aged care and community nursing, with demonstrated experience in similar settings desirable.
n
- A valid driver's licence and the ability to travel as required.
