Serco seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to join the Gaza Ridge Health Centre, supporting on-base mental health services for Defence personnel. The role involves intake and risk assessments, crisis intervention, and evidence-based practice within a multidisciplinary team.

You will conduct assessments, formulate care plans and assist with medication management, while maintaining the highest standards of skilled conduct and patient care.
