This is an excellent opportunity for an Estimator with approximately 2–3 years' experience who is looking to take the next step in their career and join a stable construction business.

You will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive estimates, working closely with internal stakeholders, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure projects are priced effectively and commercially.
n Experience in FRP (Formwork, Reinforcement & Precast) would be highly regarded, however, candidates with strong general estimating experience are encouraged to apply.
n Key Responsibilities

- Obtain and assess subcontractor and supplier pricing

- Complete quantity take-offs and cost analysis
n
- Identify project risks, opportunities and potential cost savings
n
- Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers and internal stakeholders
n
- Assist with tender preparation and submissions
n
- Maintain accurate estimating documentation and cost information
n

About You
n
We are looking for an Estimator who is commercially minded, detail-oriented and keen to continue developing their career within the construction industry.
n Ideally, you will bring:
n
n
- 2–3 years' experience in a construction estimating role
n
- Strong understanding of construction processes, costs and methodologies
n
- Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications and documentation
n
- Experience preparing estimates and reviewing subcontractor/supplier pricing
n
- Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness
n
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
n
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a wider team
n
- FRP experience will be highly regarded
n
n
