Job Description

Auto & General (A&G;) is seeking a Conversational AI Designer to craft intuitive, AI-driven interactions across chat and voice interfaces. You will shape personas, dialogue, and user journeys to deliver helpful automated experiences that align with brand voice and compliance requirements.

You will work with AI specialists, product owners, and analysts to test designs, iterate based on user feedback, and document flows and scripts.
