Job Description

- Lead and deliver water resources, hydrology, drainage, and surface water management projects for a diverse client base
n
- Prepare and review technical reports, management plans, impact assessments, regulatory submissions, environmental approvals documentation, and other project deliverables
n
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and mentor junior team members
n
- Support capability development and a positive team culture
n
- Contribute to business development through proposals, bids, and client engagement
n

Requirements

n

n
- Tertiary qualifications in Hydrology, Engineering, Environmental Science, Water Resources, or a related discipline
n
- Minimum of 7 years' experience in relevant hydrology and water resource management or related fields
n
- Demonstrated experience using industry-standard modelling and GIS software such as TUFLOW, HEC-RAS, MUSIC, GoldSim, QGIS, ArcGIS, or similar
n
- Proven project management and client relationship-building skills
n
- Proven experience preparing high-quality technical reports and proposals
n
- Passion for mentoring staff and contributing to team growth
n
