About The Role

n

As Boutique Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the performance and presentation of the boutique, with a strong focus on sales, team leadership and client relationships.

n

You will be a visible and hands-on leader, setting the standard for exceptional service while coaching your team to deliver outstanding results.

n

Your Responsibilities Will Include

n

- Taking ownership of boutique sales performance, KPIs and commercial results
n
- Leading, motivating and developing a high-performing team
n




- Creating a premium and personalised experience for every client
n
- Building long-term relationships with VIP and repeat clientele
n
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding, training and ongoing team development
n
- Managing stock, inventory and reporting with a high level of accuracy
n
- Maintaining exceptional boutique presentation and visual standards
n
- Ensuring all operational processes are delivered to a consistently high standard
n
- Working closely with senior leadership to support business growth and achieve commercial objectives
n

About You

n

We are looking for an experienced luxury or premium retail leader who understands that exceptional service is about much more than the transaction.

n

You Will Ideally Bring

n

n
- Previous experience in luxury jewellery, luxury retail or premium retail
n
- Proven experience leading and developing a retail team
n
- A strong commercial track record with the ability to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets
n
- Fluent in English, Cantonese and/or Mandarin, both written and spoken
n
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
n
- A genuine passion for delivering highly personalised customer experiences
n
- Confidence engaging with discerning and high-value clientele
n
- Strong attention to detail and a polished, professional presentation
n
- A proactive, hands-on approach to leadership
n
- The ability to balance people leadership, client experience and commercial performance
n
