Account Manager / Office Manager

Design Studio | South Melbourne (Onsite)

We're working with a South Melbourne-based design studio looking for a dynamic Account Manager / Office Manager to join their collaborative team, based onsite role in a fantastic co-working space with lots of great facilities. This role perfect for someone who enjoys both client-facing work and keeping a studio running smoothly.

You'll be working across a diverse mix of projects, from website project management and ongoing maintenance, to events, property marketing, and corporate branding within the Architecture & Design space. Their clients include flooring companies, builders, and interior designers, particularly for showroom environments.

What you'll be doing:

- Managing client relationships and day-to-day communications
n
- Overseeing website projects from brief through to delivery
n
- Coordinating studio workflow and supporting internal operations
n
- Handling costings, estimating, and invoicing
n




- Assisting with property marketing campaigns and branded collateral
n
- Supporting event coordination and execution
n

n

What we're looking for:

n

n
- 4-5 years' experience in a design, creative, or branding studio (highly regarded)
n
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
n
- Confidence managing multiple projects at once
n
- A personable, easygoing attitude and you're excellent with clients and the team
n
- Comfortable working in a flatstructure, collaborative environment
n
- Ability to balance structure with flexibility in a fast-moving studio
n
