About the Role

n

We are looking for an experienced Senior Reconciliation Consultant (SmartStream TLM) to join its Sydney-based delivery team. You will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SmartStream TLM solutions for leading banking and financial services clients.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Configure and implement SmartStream TLM solutions.
n
- Design and maintain reconciliation workflows, matching rules, and exception management processes.
n
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.
n
- Support system enhancements, upgrades, testing, and production deployments.
n
- Investigate and resolve reconciliation breaks and system issues.
n
- Work closely with business users, operations teams, and project stakeholders.
n
- Create and maintain technical and functional documentation.
n

Required Skills

n

n
- 5+ years of hands-on SmartStream TLM experience.
n




- Strong expertise in:
n
- TLM Reconciliations
n
- TLM Premium
n
- Matching Rules Configuration
n
- Workflow & Exception Management
n
- Experience within Banking, Capital Markets, Payments, Treasury, Custody, or Securities Operations.
n
- Strong SQL and database skills.
n
- Experience working in Unix/Linux environments.
n
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
n

Preferred Skills

- Experience delivering SmartStream projects for banking and financial services clients.
n
- Understanding of trade lifecycle and financial operations.
n
- Exposure to SWIFT, Payments, Securities, or Treasury products.
n
