Responsibilities

n
- Providing 1st & 2nd level remote and onsite IT support for clients.
n
- Supporting a broad range of clients to resolve IT issues within the Helpdesk.
n
- Performing technical support of servers, network and hardware.
n
- Assisting with the delivery of infrastructure projects.
n
- Delivering a high level of customer service and communication.
n
- Developing and maintaining solid client relationships.
n

n

Qualifications

n

n
- Demonstrated experience of providing level 1st & 2nd IT support.
n
- Sound knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, Windows Server, Office 365, Exchange,



Intune, Azure, Veeam, VMware / Hyper-V and Network troubleshooting.
n
- Highly developed troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
n
- Prior experience working in a Managed Service Provider or Consultancy is highly regarded.
n
- A tertiary education in Information Technology as well as Azure, Microsoft, Cisco and ITIL certifications are beneficial.
n
- A current driver's license and access to your own vehicle.
n
