$150,000–$180,000 + super + performance incentive up to $100,000

About the role

n

You'll help drive the commercial performance of a fast-growing, 110+ person, multi-site business.

n

Reporting directly to senior leadership, you'll partner with branch, sales and operational leaders to improve performance, profitability and commercial accountability.

n

As GET continues to grow, you'll also work directly with the CEO and senior leadership on acquisitions, new-region expansion and major investment decisions, helping determine where we grow, what we invest in and whether the numbers stack up.

Key responsibilities

- Commercial performance across the group and individual business units
n
- Branch and group P&L; performance and accountability
n
- Budgeting, forecasting and performance against plan
n
- Margin, pricing, profitability and productivity analysis
n
- Cash flow and working capital performance
n
- Acquisitions, due diligence, investment analysis and commercial modelling
n
- Assessment of recent regions, businesses and growth opportunities
n
- Strengthening commercial reporting, financial controls and performance disciplines as the business scales
n

About you

n

n
- Strong commercial, financial and analytical capability
n
- Experience influencing operational leaders and improving business performance
n
- Strong understanding of P&L;, cash flow, budgeting, forecasting and commercial modelling
n
- Experience assessing investments, acquisitions, expansion opportunities or major business cases
n
- Experience in a growing, multi‐site or operational business
n
- Confidence to challenge assumptions and drive commercial accountability
n
- Ability to simplify complex information and turn it into clear decisions
n
- CA/CPA qualified or equivalent senior commercial experience
n
