You'll help lead the bistro, bars, gaming lounge and bottle shop at this well-established Mundingburra pub.

What You'll Be Doing

n

n
- Lead as Manager on Duty, set priorities and keep the shift moving
n
- Coach team members, recognise strong performance and provide clear feedback
n
- Maintain high customer service and venue presentation standards
n
- Oversee liquor, gaming, safety and operational compliance
n
- Manage labour, stock, cash control and venue reporting
n
- Respond to customer feedback and find practical solutions
n

Who We're Looking For

n

n




- Previous experience in a similar Assistant Manager role within a pub or hotel
n
- Leadership experience within a venue that includes gaming
n
- Confidence making decisions across multiple areas of an operation
n
- A positive, hands‐on leader who enjoys hospitality and lifts the people around them
n
- Availability across days, nights, weekends and public holidays
n
- Current Queensland RSG, RMLV certificate and Approved Manager Licence — all essential
n
