- Communicate all key project plans, commitments, and changes including requirement
n
- Manage relationships and coordinate work between different teams at different locations
n
- Analyze the customer's existing integration landscape and identify the different endpoints
n
- Identify and define the current and to-be integration patterns
n
- Provide design/solution in Boomi for each of the integration pattern
n
- Demonstrate the capabilities of Boomi to the customer via PoCs based on real-life use cases
n
- Define the migration strategy and roadmap
n
- Proposed Testing Strategy during migration
n
- Timeline and Resources for Migration to Boomi
