ABOUT THE ROLE

n

We are seeking a friendly, organised, and proactive Medical Receptionist to join our team.

n

As the first point of contact, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming patient experience while supporting the day-to-day operations of the clinic.

n

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Previous reception or customer service experience (medical preferred)
n
- Strong communication and organisational skills
n
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
n
- Professional, reliable, and patient-focused
n

ABOUT YOU

n

We are looking for someone who is passionate about patient care and thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

n

You will ideally have:

n

n




- Previous experience in medical reception or a similar customer service role
n
- Knowledge of Best Practice software (highly regarded)
n
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
n
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
n
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment
n
- Professional presentation and a patient-focused attitude
n
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology (preferred)
n
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office systems
n
- Availability to work across clinic operating hours, including from 7:45am on weekdays through to late Monday–Friday, and 7:45am–5:00pm on weekends
n
- Flexibility to work a combination of weekday and weekend shifts as required by the clinic
n
