MUVE Logistics is a growing national third-party logistics provider, and we're looking for an organised and proactive Transport Coordinator to join our Queensland team based in Carole Park, immediate start.

Working in a fast-paced transport environment, you'll coordinate daily operations, communicate with drivers and customers, and help ensure deliveries are completed safely, efficiently and on time.

About the Role
n

- Schedule drivers and allocate daily transport work.
n
- Plan and optimise delivery runs for maximum efficiency.
n
- Create run sheets, consignments and transport documentation.
n
- Coordinate delivery bookings with customers.
n
- Communicate with drivers, customers and internal teams throughout the day.
n
- Monitor deliveries and respond quickly to delays or operational issues.
n
- Maintain accurate information and updates within TransVirtual.
n
- Support general transport administration and daily problem-solving.
n
n
About You
n
n
- Previous experience in transport coordination, logistics,
dispatch or fleet operations.
n
- Hands-on experience using TransVirtual is essential.
n
- Strong planning, organisational and communication skills.
n
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
n
- Confident communicating with drivers, customers and internal stakeholders.
n
- Strong attention to detail and accurate administration skills.
n
- A proactive attitude with a strong customer-service focus.
n
- Must have a vaild forklift licence
n
- Must be willing to undertake and or provide a current National police Check
n
