Lead a small merchandising team and support our retail customers
Hasfarm Australia is seeking a hands-on Area Manager to join our WA Wholesale team. Reporting to the State Sales Manager, you'll oversee a small team of merchandisers across the Perth metropolitan area, support day-to-day store operations, build strong relationships with retail customers, and help ensure our floral and potted plant displays are presented to a high standard.

As our WA store network continues to grow, we're looking for a people-focused Area Manager to lead a team of merchandisers and support the continued success of our retail partners across the Perth metropolitan area.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead and support a small team of merchandisers across Perth
- Conduct regular store visits and provide coaching and guidance to team members
- Build positive relationships with retail store contacts
- Monitor stock levels, merchandising standards, credits and promotional activity
- Assist with rostering and day-to-day team coordination
- Support recruitment,
onboarding and training of new team members
- Review sales and store performance reports and identify areas for improvement
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety requirements
- Work closely with the State Sales Manager to support the success of the WA business
About You
- Experience leading or supervising a small team
- Background in merchandising, retail, FMCG or customer-facing operations
- Solid communication and relationship-building skills
- Well organised with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Comfortable working independently and travelling throughout the Perth metro area
- Current driver's licence
