We need an experienced Project Manager to oversee successful delivery of commercial shopfitting and fitout projects across retail, hospitality, medical, corporate sectors throughout Australia.

About the Role

n

Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects from contract award through to practical completion.

n

- End-to-end project management of commercial fitout and shopfitting projects
n
- Managing project budgets, procurement schedules and programme delivery
n
- Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and internal project teams
n
- Client relationship management and stakeholder communication
n
- Site visits and quality assurance
n
- Managing offshore procurement activities and supplier coordination
n
- Leveraging AI and technology platforms to improve project planning,



reporting and delivery
n

About You

n

To be successful, you will have:

n

n
- Minimum 3 years' experience in commercial construction, shopfitting or fitout project management
n
- Strong understanding of commercial construction processes
n
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
n
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
n
- Strong financial and commercial acumen
n
- Experience managing procurement and supplier relationships
n
- High level of organisation and attention to detail
n
- Ability to embrace current technology and AI-driven systems
n
- A proactive, solutions-focused attitude
n

Desirable

n

n
- Experience within shopfitting or retail fitouts
n
- Exposure to offshore manufacturing or procurement
n
- Experience using project management platforms such as Monday.com, Buildxact or similar
n
- Trade or construction management qualifications
n
