- Client facing, lead point of contact for Site Staff
n
- Manage time allocation and scheduling
n
- Prepare for upcoming works by understanding client requirements
n
- Provide all tools and ensure they are tested and tagged
n
- Communicate daily with your Team of tradesmen, Project Manager and/or Service Co-ordinators as needed
n
- Maintain health and safety by participating in Toolbox talks, WHS meetings, COVID-19 safety plans
n
- Complete administration, reporting, onsite documents and forms as required, including pre-commencement photos and completion photos
n

What you will bring
n
n
- To be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate:
n
- Fully completed trade certifications i.e. Cert III in Carpentry (must have)
n
- 3-5 years' experience as a Multi-Skilled Carpenter
n
- Drivers license and own vehicle
n
- Neat and tidy qualified appearance, meeting the company uniform standards
n
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills, high emotional intelligence, communication and stakeholder management
n
- Competency with using MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Project, PPT, Outlook), and use of project/construction management software e.g. Procore would be beneficial
n
- Excellent attention to detail
n
- Be reliable and accountable for yourself and the team
n
- Professional and trustworthy behaviour and attitude, in line with our company culture
n
n
The following probity checks must be satisfied due to the nature of our clientele and site access requirements

- Reference checks
n
- NSW White card, working at heights (preferred) EWP license, FL license
n
- Hold and maintain National Police Check (or willing to obtain)
n
- Influenza and COVID-19 Vaccinations
n
