Great opportunity for a highly motivated Client Relationship Manager to Manage a number of active, potential and inactive clients through telesales. Regular in-depth reporting and analysis to generate tasks for proactive selling, and any specific or targeted sprints.

About the role

n

Based in Dandenong South, VIC, and reporting to the Branch Manager, the Client Relationship Manager will be responsible to manage and grow a number of Internal Accounts which involves Outbound telesales calls including Potential, Active, Inactive, Quote follow-up & follow-up calls, Regular reporting & analysis on your clients, Generating, sending and following up proposals.

The Role

- Outbound calls and arrangement of meetings with Account Management team
n




- Handling inbound inquiries – calls, emails and webchat
n
- Process quotations and sales orders
n
- Lead generation & cold calling
n
- Data entry and other administrative ad hoc duties
n

n

About You

n

To succeed in this role you will have:

n

n
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar client relationship support and customer service role.
n
- Previous experience in processing orders in a quick-paced environment is desirable
n
- Experience in calendar and booking management.
n
- Experience in cold calling & telemarketing to a range of different customers.
n
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
n
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
n
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and multitask
n
- Strong attention to detail
n
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft office suite (Word, Excel
n
- Great team player. Ability to work autonomously and unsupervised
n
