We're looking for a new casual team member to join our project passionate crew. As a casual, you would need to be flexible with your availability and able to work a variety of hours across weekdays and weekends.

What You'll Be Doing

- Delivering friendly, knowledgeable service to both DIY and trade customers
n
- Helping customers choose the right products for their projects
n
- Building relationships with trade professionals and understanding their needs
n
- Keeping the store neat, stocked, and welcoming
n
- Handling transactions accurately and efficiently
n
- Supporting stock control and store presentation
n
- Meeting monthly KPIs and sales targets through exceptional customer engagement
n

What We're Looking For

- A fit*, positive, and energetic person who enjoys helping others
n
- A genuine interest in DIY, colour, and all things projects
n
- Ability to retain and explain technical product information clearly and confidently
n
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
n
- Ability to multitask in a busy workplace
n
- Must hold a current driver's licence
n
- Retail experience in the paint or home improvement industry preferred but not essential
n
- Flexibility to cover additional shifts when needed
n
