Box Hill Institute is seeking an experienced Student Integrity & Complaints Manager to lead student complaints, conduct and integrity matters across the Institute. As our Student Integrity, Conduct & Complaints Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring students feel safe, supported and heard. By leading complaints, misconduct and integrity matters, you'll deliver fair outcomes, strengthen trust and help shape a positive student experience.

What you’ll do:

- Lead end-to-end investigations into student complaints, misconduct and integrity matters.
- Assess evidence, interview witnesses and prepare high-quality investigation reports and recommendations.
- Manage complex and sensitive cases with professionalism, empathy and procedural fairness.
- Oversee student conduct, complaints and integrity frameworks and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Implement risk-based triage and case management processes.
- Provide expert advice, guidance and training to leaders and stakeholders across the Institute.
- Partner closely with Legal, Child Safety, Workplace Relations and Executive leaders on complex matters.

What You'll Bring

We're looking for a confident and experienced investigations professional who thrives in complex environments and is passionate about delivering fair and evidence-based outcomes.

You will bring:

- Extensive experience in investigations, complaints management, misconduct, integrity, compliance or dispute resolution.
- Demonstrated expertise managing complex casework from intake through to resolution.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement and report-writing skills.
- Strong judgement, resilience and decision-making capability.
- A sound understanding of complaints management frameworks, risk management and procedural fairness.
- Qualifications in Education, Law, Social Work or a related discipline.
- Investigation qualifications will be highly regarded.
