Autosports Group (ASG) is looking for an experienced and driven Finance & Insurance Business Manager to join our Berwick dealership portfolio, working predominantly across our Audi and Geely operations.

n

This is an exciting prospect to join one of Australia's leading automotive retail groups and play a key role in helping customers find the right finance, insurance and protection solutions while supporting our dealership teams to achieve strong commercial results.

About the Role

n

As a Finance & Insurance Business Manager, you will manage the end-to-end finance and insurance process, working closely with customers and the Sales team to deliver a seamless and professional vehicle purchasing experience.

n

You will be responsible for:

n

n
- Managing customer finance and insurance applications from enquiry through to settlement
n
- Presenting and selling finance, insurance and aftermarket products
n
- Building strong relationships with customers, lenders and internal stakeholders
n
- Working closely with Sales Managers and Sales Consultants to maximise F&I; opportunities
n
- Ensuring all documentation and compliance requirements are completed accurately
n
- Maintaining a high level of customer service throughout the entire purchasing journey
n
- Identifying opportunities to maximise finance penetration and ancillary product sales
n
- Supporting the dealership in achieving monthly F&I; targets and profitability
n




- Ensuring all processes are completed in line with regulatory, lender and company requirements
n

About You

n

We're looking for someone who is commercially driven, customer-focused and confident working in a quick-paced dealership environment.

n

You will ideally have:

n

n
- Previous experience in an automotive Finance & Insurance role
n
- Strong knowledge of automotive finance and insurance products
n
- A proven ability to achieve and exceed F&I; targets
n
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
n
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of compliance awareness
n
- The ability to work collaboratively with Sales and Management teams
n
- A professional and confident approach when dealing with customers
n
- A strong understanding of the end-to-end vehicle sales and finance process
n
