Job Description

We're recruiting for a large, complex organisation seeking an experienced AI Solutions Technical Lead to provide hands-on technical leadership across the design, build and delivery of AI solutions on both Microsoft and AWS platforms. This is a technical leadership role, not purely strategy. You'll be designing and building AI-enabled solutions using Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Microsoft 365 Copilot and AWS Bedrock, while mentoring developers and guiding delivery from proof-of-concept through to production.

What you'll be doing:

- Designing and building AI agents, copilots and automation solutions across Microsoft and AWS
n
- Translating business requirements into scalable technical architectures and integration patterns
n
- Implementing orchestration, prompt engineering, RAG and knowledge grounding
n
- Leading integration with enterprise data sources, APIs and knowledge repositories
n
- Mentoring developers and solution builders, and providing technical leadership across POCs,



pilots and production delivery
n
- Embedding security, governance and Responsible AI practices into every solution
n
- Supporting formal AI risk assessment and governance processes
n

What you'll bring:

n

n
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure AI services
n
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS Bedrock and cloud-native AI services
n
- Solid software development and API integration background
n
- Experience with prompt engineering, agent development and RAG architectures
n
- Proven technical leadership and mentoring experience
n
- Experience in regulated or government environments highly regarded
n
