About the Role

n

We are seeking 2 Senior Azure Cloud Platform Infrastructure Engineers to join the Enterprise Analytics and Technology Services (EATS) section within the Department

n

The successful candidates will design, build, implement and maintain Azure cloud infrastructure supporting Data & Analytics workloads, using modern Infrastructure as Code (IaC), automation and DevOps practices.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Design, develop and implement Azure cloud infrastructure and services across IaaS, PaaS and SaaS.
n
- Build and manage Azure Data & Analytics platforms including Azure Databricks, Azure Data Factory, Azure Web Apps and Logic Apps.
n
- Develop and maintain infrastructure using Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
n
- Implement and support Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
n
- Configure and manage Azure Networking, Identity & Access Management (IAM), Azure Policy and security controls.
n




- Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver infrastructure supporting Advanced Analytics and AI solutions.
n
- Support administration and delivery of Databricks, Microsoft Fabric or other analytical platforms.
n
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams using Agile methodologies.
n
- Robust experience designing, building and maintaining cloud-hosted platforms and services.
n
- Proven experience implementing and supporting cloud infrastructure using Terraform/IaC.
n
- Strong understanding of Azure security, IAM, networking and policy.
n
- Experience delivering infrastructure for Data Engineering, Data Analytics, Data Storage or Data Science projects.
n
- Experience working within Agile, multidisciplinary delivery teams.
n
- Experience working with Data Lake technologies.
n
- Experience with Geospatial platforms.
n
- Exposure to MLOps and LLMOps.
n
- Experience with traditional data technology solutions.
n
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric and/or Azure Databricks administration.
n
