Curis Recruitment is proud to partner with this Aboriginal Health Service in New South Wales to help them find an experienced and motivated Practice Manager to join their team on a short term basis for 3 months.

- $94 per hour plus 12% superannuation

- Fully furnished housing provided

As the Practice Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the GP Clinic, Specialist and Allied Health Clinics and Dental Clinic. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will lead a team, drive continuous improvement and ensure the smooth and effective operation of services.

Your role will include:

n

n
- Leading and supporting a team
n
- Overseeing day-to-day clinic operations
n
- Workforce planning, recruitment, staff development and performance management
n
- Ensuring funding, KPI, accreditation and compliance requirements are met
n
- Leading quality improvement initiatives
n
- Supporting Medicare billing and health data reporting
n
- Supporting budget management and financial sustainability
n
- Managing policies, systems and operational procedures
n




- Building strong relationships with healthcare providers and external stakeholders
n
- Supporting strategic planning and service development
n

To be eligible for this position you must:

n

n
- Have 1–2 years minimum experience in practice management
n
- Demonstrated leadership and team management experience
n
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse, Enrolled Nurse or Aboriginal Health Practitioner
