The College wishes to appoint an exceptional Catholic educator with relevant experience and appropriate educational qualifications to the newly established senior leadership position of Deputy Principal – People and Growth commencing January 2027. The initial term of the appointment is for 3 years and a further 3 years will be offered subject to a successful mid-term review and is attached to a full-time and ongoing teaching position.

The successful applicant will have a demonstrated commitment to Catholic education and to the safety and wellbeing of children and will hold Victorian Institute of Teaching Registration.

In accordance with the Diocese of Sale Catholic Education Agreement 2022, this position is classified as a Secondary Deputy Principal Level 3. The salary range effective 7 July 2025 is between $179,796 to $191,297 dependent on skill and experience level.
