An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Travel Consultant to join a well-established boutique agency with a strong reputation for delivering personalised, tailor-made travel experiences. They have built a loyal network of repeat and referral clients through personalised service, expert travel advice and a genuine passion for creating memorable journeys.

This role is ideal for a travel professional who enjoys building long-term client relationships, has a passion for creating bespoke itineraries and takes pride in delivering outstanding service from initial enquiry through to post-travel support.

Key Responsibilities:

n

n
- Manage enquiries via phone, email and face-to-face consultations.
n
- Create domestic and international leisure itineraries tailored to each client's needs.
n
- Book flights, accommodation, cruises, tours and travel insurance.
n
- Provide airfare expertise, recommending the best routing and fare options.
n
- Liaise with airlines, wholesalers and travel suppliers.
n
- Issue tickets, prepare travel documentation and check itineraries prior to departure.
n
- Maintain exceptional customer service throughout the entire booking journey.

About You:

n

n
- 1-3 years experience in the travel industry, ideally within leisure travel, wholesale or touring.
n
- GDS experience is required
n
- Strong airfare and itinerary planning knowledge.
n
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building long-term client relationships.
n
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple bookings while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
n
- Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently.
n
- Existing clientele is welcomed but not essential.
n
