Facility Manager / Registered Nurse, Aged Care - Orange, NSW

About the Role:We are seeking an experienced Facility Manager / Registered Nurse for a permanent senior leadership position within a residential aged care facility in Orange, NSW, commencing ASAP. In this role you will hold overall responsibility for the operational, clinical and financial performance of the facility, leading a dedicated team to deliver high-quality, resident-centred care. This is an outstanding prospect for an experienced aged care leader to take full ownership of a facility within one of regional NSW's most vibrant and sought-after communities.

- Overall operational, clinical and financial management of the facility
n
- Lead, mentor and develop clinical and care teams to deliver high-quality resident outcomes
n
- Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards, accreditation and legislative requirements
n
- Oversee clinical governance, incident management and continuous improvement initiatives
n
- Manage AN-ACC funding, budgets and resource allocation
n
- Drive workforce planning, recruitment and staff retention
n
- Build strong relationships with residents, families, GPs,



allied health and community stakeholders
n
- Foster a positive workplace culture aligned with organisational values

About You:

n

n
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
n
- Demonstrated experience in aged care facility management or senior clinical leadership
n
- Strong knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards, accreditation and AN-ACC funding
n
- Proven operational, financial and workforce management capability
n
- Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder engagement skills
n
- Ability to drive quality improvement and positive workplace culture
n
- Current Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
n
- Eligible to work in Australia
n
