Job Description

n
- Act as the bridge between clients and the development team
n
- Deep dive into client businesses to understand problems
n
- Work with UX experts and the wider team to architect and document technology-based solutions
n
- Perform requirements gathering, including leading client workshops
n
- Develop business, functional, and technical documentation, including BRDs and FSDs
n
- Communicate client requirements clearly to developers and designers
n
- Contribute to client-facing AI consulting and implementation projects
n
- Help drive internal rollout of AI tools and processes
n
- Assist with development and validation of quotes
n
- Oversee and complete testing, verification, validation, and quality control
n
- Communicate with clients regarding project requests and updates
n
- Write test scenarios, test cases, and test plans
n
- Create and provide end-user training and documentation
n
- Act as the primary point of contact for some clients
n
- Provide customer service internally and externally
n
- Escalate issues affecting product delivery and quality
n
- Contribute to the company knowledge base and process improvements
n
- Work across Waterfall and Agile/Hybrid frameworks
n
- Assist with system solution and architecture design
n
- At times, plan projects, manage clients, and steer delivery through to completion
n

Requirements

n

n
- 3–5 years of experience in business analysis, including systems and process analysis
n
- Experience in a comparable role in a digital agency or consultancy preferred
n
- Current Australian resident based in Melbourne or surrounding suburbs
n
- Experience leading requirements workshops
n
- Experience writing BRDs and FSDs to an extremely high standard
n




- Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail
n
- Active and confident daily use of AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Copilot from day one
n
- Comfortable performing digital producer duties, managing projects and clients, and owning delivery end to end
n
- Excellent written and verbal communication
n
- Experience developing test plans and test scenarios
n
- Ability to design logical database structures
n
- Excellent presentation skills, including leading workshops
n
- Proactive, self-motivated, and calm under pressure
n
