Concept Management Group is currently seeking an experienced and reliableWarehouse Storeperson / Forklift Operatorto join our client's busy warehouse team based in Liverpool.

About the Role
n This is an ongoing casual opportunity offering consistent full-time hours, with the potential to transition into a permanent position for the right candidate.
n Unlike highly automated warehouses, this is a hands‐on role where you'll be actively involved in all aspects of warehouse operations.
n We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, follows instructions, and enjoys working as part of a close-knit team in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Pick and pack customer orders accurately
n
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
n
- Operate a forklift to move stock throughout the warehouse
n
- Receive, inspect and store incoming goods
n
- Maintain accurate stock control and inventory handling
n
- General warehouse duties and housekeeping
n
- Follow all workplace health and safety procedures
n
- Work collaboratively to ensure customer orders are completed on time
n

To be successful in this role, you will have:

n

n
- Current LF Forklift Licence with minimum 2-3 years experience(essential)
n
- Previous experience in a warehouse pick and pack environment
n
- Experience loading and unloading trucks safely
n
- Strong attention to detail with accurate picking and inventory handling
n
- Physically fit and capable of performing manual handling tasks
n
- Dependable, reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
n
- The ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a fast‐paced warehouse environment
n
- Good communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
n
- A positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a supportive workplace
n
- A strong commitment to workplace health and safety
n

n

Highly Regarded but not essential:

n

n
- Experience within the civil construction, engineering or building supplies industry
n
- Experience operating a forklift fitted with acarpet prong attachment
n

n
