n We're looking for a Fast Food Restaurant Manager to join our Molendinar restaurant.

n Fast food or quick service restaurant management experience is preferred. A minimum of 6 to 12




n months management experience is required for this role.

Key Responsibilities

- Team Leadership and Development: Recruit, train, and inspire a agile team. Lead by exampleand build a positive, inclusive culture
n
- Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day operations including stock management, compliance, scheduling, and team coordination
n
- Customer Experience: Maintain and elevate the Yiros Shop standard of service. Every guestdeserves a warm welcome and a great meal
n
- Financial Management: Drive profitability by managing costs, maximising sales, and meeting KPIs
n
- Compliance and Quality Control: Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and health standards are upheldat all times
n
- Brand Representation: Be a passionate ambassador for The Yiros Shop, reflecting our values ofauthenticity, quality, and community in everything you do

What We're Looking For

n

n
- Minimum 6 to 12 months management experience in hospitality or QSR
n
- Proven ability to lead, develop, and motivate a team
n
- Strong commercial awareness with a focus on KPIs and financial performance
n
- Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
n
- High standards of food safety, compliance, and operational excellence
n
- A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding customer experiences
