Due to continued growth, we're looking for an experienced Property Manager to join our team.
This role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of our residential complexes across East and South Brisbane, along with a Gold Coast property, ensuring a consistently high standard of presentation, service delivery and resident experience. The role works closely with owners, tenants, building caretakers, contractors and Body Corporate representatives to ensure our communities continue to thrive.

The Opportunity
As Property Manager,
you will take ownership of a residential portfolio and be responsible for delivering exceptional outcomes for owners and tenants across all aspects of property management. This includes:
- End-to-end property management of your allocated portfolio
- Managing tenant relationships from application through to vacate
- Conducting inspections and overseeing tenancy compliance
- Managing lease renewals, rent reviews and arrears
- Maintaining legislative compliance and accurate portfolio reporting
- Delivering a high standard of customer service and resident experience across your portfolio
About You
We're looking for a confident and proactive Property Manager who takes pride in delivering exceptional service and building long term relationships.
To be successful, you will bring:
- Minimum 4 years experience in residential property
- Strong knowledge of Residential Tenancies and Rooming Accomodation Act
- Experience managing leasing, inspections, maintenance and tenancy matters
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A solution focused and professional approach to property management
