Job Description
Help make energy savings more accessible to communities across the Shoalhaven and Eurobodalla.

Hours: 1 day per week (approximately 7.5 hours)

Term: Fixed-term appointment for 2.75 years

Are you an organised, proactive administrator who enjoys bringing people, projects and information together?

Repower Shoalhaven is looking for a Project Administrator to play a key role in supporting an exciting community energy program being delivered across the Shoalhaven and Eurobodalla .
n
This is an opportunity to contribute to a program with a practical, positive impact — helping households and communities access energy-saving products and services, reduce their energy bills and emissions, and build resilience against rising electricity costs.
n
Working alongside the South Coast Health and Sustainability Alliance (SHASA) , the Project Administrator will help keep the program on track by coordinating administration, reporting, finances, records and communication between project partners and stakeholders.

Remuneration
n
- $45 - $50 per hour depending on experience including casual loading.

About the program
n
The program aims to educate, empower and connect consumers with the support they need to save money, reduce emissions and benefit from energy-saving products and services.
n
Repower Shoalhaven has received funding in partnership with the South Coast Health and Sustainability Alliance (SHASA) to facilitate delivery of the program across the Shoalhaven and Eurobodalla.
n
The program will focus on:
n

- Reducing barriersfor community members to access energy-saving products and services.
n
- Supporting and scalingcommunity-led initiatives.
n
- Improving awareness and uptakeof existing financial support and energy-efficiency programs.
n
- Delivering measurable benefits, including lower energy bills, reduced emissions and greater community resilience to future electricity cost increases.
n
n
What you'll do
n
As Project Administrator, you'll be integral the organisation of the program, helping ensure everything stays coordinated, documented and on track.
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
- Acting as the primary administrative liaison with the program delivery partner and funding body.
n
- Maintaining the project tracking system, including monthly updates on progress, milestones, outcomes and budget status.
n
- Preparing monthly, annual and final program reports, including financial acquittals.
n
- Participating in associated online meetings with the funding body.
n
- Monitoring program expenditure and coordinating annual and final financial audits.
n
- Coordinating meetings of the Program Working Group (Repower Shoalhaven and SHASA), including agendas, minutes and action tracking.
n
- Maintaining accurate project records and documentation in line with funding and audit requirements.
n
- Monitoring key deadlines and helping identify and resolve project issues before they become problems.
n
n
About you
n
You'll be a highly organised and capable administrator who takes pride in keeping projects moving and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
n
You will bring:
n
n
- Experience inproject administration or coordination.
n
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the confidence to work with a range of stakeholders.
n
- Experience preparing reports, maintaining project documentation and monitoring project progress and budgets.
n
- Good proficiency withMicrosoft Office and online collaboration tools.
n
- A collaborative and collegiate approach to working with partner organisations.
n
- Robust attention to detail and the ability to manage deadlines independently.
n
n
Experience with grant-funded, community or sustainability-focused programs will be highly regarded.
n
