Group Cellar, Inventory & Hospitality Support

Marlow Hotel Group is seeking a reliable, hands‐on, and highly organised Group Cellar, Inventory & Hospitality Support Coordinator to support operations across several hotels within the portfolio. This diverse, multi‐venue position combines cellar operations, inventory control, stocktaking, basic venue repair & maintenance support, and back‐of‐house administration.

Key responsibilities

- Manage cellar operations across multiple venues
n
- Control and manage inventory; deliveries and housing
n
- Conduct stocktaking
n
- Provide basic venue repair and maintenance support
n
- Perform back‐of‐house administration
n
- Work closely with venue managers and the group operations team
n
- Maintain consistent operational standards across the business
n

About You:

You are practical, dependable, and comfortable working independently across multiple locations.



You possess strong attention to detail and are equally capable of completing hands‐on operational tasks and accurate administrative work.

Requirements:

n

n
- Previous experience in hospitality, cellar operations, inventory control, or venue operations.
n
- Experience cleaning and maintaining draught beer systems.
n
- Sound knowledge of delivery‐reception and stock‐control procedures.
n
- Computer skills and experience using POS or inventory‐management systems.
n
- Confidence in completing basic repairs and maintenance tasks.
n
- Excellent organisational and time‐management skills with high accuracy.
n
- Ability to communicate effectively with venue managers, staff, and suppliers.
n
- Ability to work independently and manage a multi‐venue schedule.
n
- Flexibility to attend early‐morning, late‐night, or out‐of‐hours stocktakes when required.
n
- A current Australian driver's licence and reliable transport.
n
- A current NSW RSA & RCG competency card.
