In This Role You Will
n
n
- Lead a team delivering strategic advice and insights for Māori outcomes
n
- Build trusted partnerships with iwi, hapū and justice sector stakeholders
n
- Design and oversee initiatives that address systemic disproportionality
n
- Embed Te Tiriti principles, tikanga and mātauranga Māori across our work
n
- Provide leadership across strategy, performance and organisational priorities
n
n

To Be Successful In This Role, You Will
n
n
- Demonstrate deep understanding of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and Te Ao Māori
n
- Bring experience leading complex, multidisciplinary teams
n
- Bring experience building influential relationships across government and Māori partners
n
- Deliver strategic programmes, policy, service design or system change
n
- Provide clear,
evidence-based advice to senior leaders and stakeholders
n

Utu ā-tau/Salary
n
The remuneration band for this role is between $149,972 to $193,782. The appointing salary will be based on skills and experience.
