About the role

n

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Internal Assurance Analyst to join our Home Office. Working closely with the Audit and Compliance Manager, this role plays a key part in strengthening governance, risk management, and internal control processes across Iglu.

n

Key responsibilities

n

n
- Conduct risk-based reviews under the Annual Assurance Plan, including testing and documenting audit procedures
n
- Prepare clear audit reports and communicate findings to stakeholders
n
- Track and validate remedial actions to ensure timely resolution
n
- Liaise with business units to gather information and identify improvement opportunities
n
- Contribute to continuous improvement of audit methodologies and tools
n

Do you have what it takes?

n

n
- General understanding of audit concepts, processes and internal controls
n
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to liaise effectively with key stakeholders
n
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage information accurately
n
- Competent with Microsoft Office suite
n
- Commercial acumen with strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
n
- Ability to work autonomously as well as contribute within a team environment
n
- A related degree in commerce, business, finance or accounting
n
- Experience in audit, accounting, risk management or a related field is highly regarded
n
- Currently holds, or is planning to pursue, a CA, CPA or equivalent qualification
n
- Flexibility to travel interstate throughout the year
n
