About the Role

n

In this hands‐on position, you'll play a key role in supporting our warehouse and transport operations. Working in a busy food distribution environment, you'll be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of freight while ensuring accuracy, productivity, and compliance with workplace safety standards.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Picking customer orders accurately and efficiently
n
- Packing, wrapping, and strapping freight for dispatch
n
- Loading and unloading trucks and transport vehicles
n
- Operating forklifts safely in warehouse and yard environments
n
- Sorting, reworking, and rewrapping food products as required
n
- Performing general yard and warehouse duties
n
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area
n
- Supporting stock movements and inventory activities
n
- Completing basic administration and scanning tasks
n
- Following WHS procedures, company policies,



and operational processes
n

Requirements

n

What We're Looking For

n

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

n

n
- Previous forklift operating experience in a warehouse, transport, or logistics environment
n
- A robust commitment to workplace safety and safe work practices
n
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
n
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
n
- Good communication and basic literacy skills
n
- Experience using RF scanners or handheld picking devices (desirable)
n
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
n
- The physical capability to undertake manual handling tasks and remain active throughout the shift
n

n

Previous experience working with food, refrigerated freight, or FMCG products will be highly regarded.
