The Role

This position combines advanced clinical practice, team support, and service development, working with clients in the community to deliver high-quality occupational therapy services.
n
Clinical Responsibilities
n
n
- Assess and manage client needs, providing expert advice and treatment options
n
- Deliver evidence-based interventions using advanced clinical reasoning
n
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and clinical standards
n
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
n
- Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical programs
n
- Identify opportunities for service improvement and quality enhancement
n
- Develop training and educational materials for partner organisations
n
- Participate in ongoing professional development
n
n
Team Support
n
n
- Mentor and support Occupational Therapists in delivering client-centred care
n
- Provide feedback and assist with performance development
n
- Support recruitment, onboarding and training of new clinicians
n
- Assist with ensuring compliance requirements across the team
n
n
Service & Organisational Growth

- Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and training initiatives
n
- Support continuous improvement of clinical processes
n
- Assist with the growth of services across the Adelaide region

About You
n

- Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (or equivalent)
n
- Current AHPRA registration
n
- Valid Australian driver's licence and access to a vehicle
n
- Strong clinical reasoning and assessment skills
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
- Ability to manage a community-based caseload
n
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and compliance requirements
n
- Commitment to ongoing professional development
