- Provide guidance, define team goals and tasks, mentor, and coach Service Technicians
n
- Lead technicians providing installation, repair, and fix services across dental market segments
n
- Drive cross-functional collaboration to achieve the national service strategy
n
- Perform field service duties for customers while leading the team
n
- Manage customer issues, including escalation and resolution
n
- Manage spare parts inventory
n
- Enhance service delivery and contribute to the success of the organisation
n
- Develop the team and foster a high-performing, customer-focused culture
n

Requirements

- Proven people leadership experience within a technical field service environment
n
- Ability to coach, develop, and motivate teams
n
- Technical troubleshooting and problem-solving capability
n
- Strong customer relationship and stakeholder management skills
n
- Strong communication, collaboration, and delegation skills
n
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements
n
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Pronto, or similar systems
n
- Restricted Electrical Licence (essential)
n
- Valid/current driver's licence
n
- Electrical/Electronic qualification (desirable)

- Project Management qualification (desirable)

- Dental industry experience highly regarded
