- This is a full-time role, fixed-term contract, 12-18 months

Role Description: The Senior Technical Producer will work as part of a cross-functional team to analyse business needs and translate them into clear, actionable requirements for digital products and solutions. Our producers are usually a blend of BA, Account Management and Technical sherpa!

This project is so large that you will be focused on the BA product specification side. You will be working in a trio that covers the three functions. The agency is ever-growing, and there is opportunity for the right person to extend the contract and work back with the agency across normal accounts.

Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering and documenting business requirements, mapping and improving business processes, and collaborating closely with designers,



developers, and project managers to ensure solutions meet stakeholder objectives.

The role involves conducting stakeholder interviews, preparing functional specifications, supporting testing and validation activities, and providing insights that inform product roadmaps and enhancements.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and derive actionable insights.
- Demonstrated experience in business analysis, including eliciting, documenting, and managing business requirements.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders, facilitate workshops, and present findings clearly.
- Experience in business process mapping, optimisation, and documenting workflows to support digital product development.
- Familiarity with agile or hybrid delivery methodologies and collaboration tools (JIRA, Confluence).
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing on-site teamwork in Redfern, NSW and independent work from home (please note the first six months is based on site)
- Experience in digital products or platforms (such as mobile apps, websites, or games)
