To be considered for the position you must possess thefollowing as a minimum:

n

n
- Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or a relateddiscipline.
n
- Previous experience as a Site Engineer within the civil orinfrastructure industry.
n
- Experience in road, pavement or general civilinfrastructure projects is highly regarded.
n
- Main Roads WA project experience is desirable.
n
- Strong understanding of construction quality, safety andengineering processes.
n
- Highly effective written and verbal communicationskills.
n
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solvingability.
n
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite.
n
- Experience with Microsoft Project, Primavera P6 or similarproject planning software is desirable.
n
- Current Australian Driver's Licence.
n
- Ability to work collaboratively within a high-performingproject team.
n

You will be responsible for but not limitedto:

n

n
- Assisting with the planning, coordination and delivery ofengineering activities across the project.
n
- Preparing schedules, short-term plans and resourceforecasts.
n
- Monitoring project progress, productivity and siteperformance.
n
- Coordinating subcontractors and assisting with themanagement of work packages.
n
- Ensuring works are completed in accordance with projectdrawings, specifications and quality requirements.
n
- Supporting QA documentation, inspections, ITPs and projectrecords.
n
- Assisting with procurement,



planning and engineeringdocumentation.
n
- Monitoring compliance with safety, quality andenvironmental standards.
n
- Liaising with clients, consultants and the project team tosupport successful project outcomes.
n
- Providing technical support to Project Engineers and siteteams as required.
