With both national and international coverage, you’ll take ownership of a warm client base while driving recent opportunities across the three verticals. You’ll take responsibility for client relationships to deliver on retained searches and exclusive mandates as well as competitive searches.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Leading end‑to‑end recruitment — from briefing to placement, with full autonomy.
- Building and nurturing client relationships across Australia's most dynamic organisations.
- Managing multiple roles at speed while maintaining exceptional candidate care (it is the heart of everything we do).
- Driving business development through insights, market mapping, and proactive outreach.




- Contributing to team growth through collaboration, coaching, and shared wins.

What You Bring

- Minimum 2 years’ recruitment experience (agency or internal).
- A track record of delivering results in fast‑paced, ever‑changing environments.
- Strong commercial judgement and the confidence to influence stakeholders.
- A proactive, solutions‑focused mindset.
- Excellent communication skills and a genuine commitment to candidate experience.
- Melbourne‑based and ready to hit the ground running
