We are seeking a Crew member to join our team and support operations at GoBoat Isle of Capri, QLD.

n

About the Role

n

As a Crew member, you will help ensure our boats and facilities are ready for guests and support the team throughout the day.

n

You will interact directly with customers, assist with vessel preparation and safety activities, and help keep our boats, dock and surrounding areas looking their best.

n

This is a great chance for someone who is enthusiastic, reliable and keen to learn more about boating, tourism and customer service.

n

The role operates across Monday to Sunday, with flexibility and availability to work weekends and rotating rosters required.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

- Assist with opening and closing the GoBoat location
n
- Prepare and clean vessels ready for customer hire
n
- Assist the team with vessel safety briefings when required
n
- Maintain lifejackets, safety equipment and onboard items
n
- Keep the shopfront, dock and storage areas clean and organised
n
- Provide friendly and professional service to guests
n




- Help ensure customers have a safe and enjoyable experience
n
- Monitor customers on the water and assist when required
n
- Wash down and clean vessels as scheduled
n
- Monitor fleet readiness and report damage or mechanical issues
n
- Assist with securing vessels and correctly positioning fenders
n
- Participate in pre‐departure safety checks under supervision
n
- Support the team in maintaining a safe working environment
n
