Job Description

n
- Own and improve agent workflows powering the product pipeline from customer request through prioritisation, specification, engineering handoff and release
n
- Write prompts, reusable skills and scheduled jobs, review AI output against ground truth, and decide what remains automated versus human-led
n
- Partner with design to critique interfaces, sketch or prototype ideas, and maintain a high bar for interaction and visual quality
n
- Read APIs, query data, understand the data model, and reason about technical trade-offs with engineers
n
- Write precise specifications and maintain a prioritised Linear backlog with user stories, acceptance criteria and requirements
n
- Prioritise roadmap options using revenue, churn, at-risk deals, support volume, regional metrics, strategic fit and competitive position
n
- Write product blurbs, announcements and help articles that explain shipped capabilities in plain language
n
- Run refinement, planning and reviews; keep delivery unblocked and make in-the-moment scoping decisions
n
- Gather and synthesise customer feedback through support conversations, user testing and direct customer contact
n
- Track adoption, engagement, retention and feature-flag rollout state to guide future product decisions
n

Requirements

- Ability to write production-grade prompts, reusable agent skills and scheduled jobs
n
- Deep working knowledge of agents, agentic software, AI-native workflows and AI's impact on product craft
n
- Ability to verify AI output against ground truth and identify incorrect model results
n
- Demonstrated experience designing and running agent workflows or automations
n
- Strong, articulable opinions on UI spacing, hierarchy, copy and interaction
n
- Ability to sketch, wireframe or prototype product ideas
n
- Shipped interface work for which the candidate was personally accountable
n
- Ability to give and receive direct design critique
n
- Technical background, such as computer science or engineering education, development, QA engineering, data analysis,



solutions engineering, technical business analysis or demonstrable self-taught experience
n
- Ability to independently answer data questions
n
- Ability to read and reason about APIs, integrations and system architecture
n
- Proven ability to manage time across competing priorities autonomously
n
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects or product areas
n
- Bias to action and ability to unblock work and close loops
n
- Outstanding written English
n
- Ability to communicate verbally with customers, engineers and executives and translate confidently in both directions
n
- Completion of a written exercise and verbal discussion, including designing an agent workflow, critiquing an interface and presenting a view on AI and product craft
n
- Roughly 2-4 years owning product outcomes is a guide, not a gate
n
- B2B SaaS exposure is valuable
n
- Bonus experience in care, health, disability or workforce management
n
- Bonus hands-on experience with Figma, Linear, GitHub, LaunchDarkly or HubSpot
n
