TRANSPORT DRIVER - Hamilton Island / Transport Team

Hamilton Island is seeking an experienced and personable Transport Driver to join our Transport team on a full-time permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to combine your love of driving with delivering exceptional guest service in one of Australia's most iconic island destinations.

Your Role

n

As a Transport Driver, you'll be the first friendly face many guests see upon arrival. You'll transport them across the island while delivering warm welcomes and helpful commentary to elevate their experience.

n

Where You'll Make an Impact

n

n
- Greet and safely shuttle guests between airport, accommodation, restaurants, and island attractions.
n
- Operate scheduled shuttle loop and after-hours taxi services.
n
- Deliver engaging and informative island introduction commentary.




n
- Assist passengers with boarding, disembarking, and luggage.
n
- Maintain vehicles in clean, safe, and operable condition at all times.
n

What We're Looking For

n

You're a customer-focused, confident driver who enjoys engaging with people and sharing your local knowledge. Safety, professionalism, and hospitality are second nature to you.

n

To Be Successful, You Will Need:

n

n
- Minimum QLD MR licence and a clean driving record.
n
- QLD Industry Authority - or eligibility to obtain one.
n
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
n
- Previous experience in bus driving.
n
- Tourism, resort or tour guide experience highly regarded.
n
- A passion for customer service and going the extra mile.
n
