Job Description

n
- Complete mechanical repair, overhaul and mechanical maintenance of compressed air equipment and associated products
n
- Identify problems in air compressors and generators through electrical/mechanical fault finding using diagnostic equipment
n
- Perform repairs to rectify issues and ensure equipment functionality
n
- Conduct scheduled maintenance, including inspecting components, cleaning, lubricating, replacing filter kits, changing oil, cleaning oil and air coolers, and re-greasing motors
n
- Provide technical assistance and guidance to customers on troubleshooting, maintenance procedures, and equipment usage
n
- Maintain accurate records of diagnoses, repairs, maintenance tasks, and parts used
n
- Complete service reports, work permits, and other documentation
n
- Adhere to safety protocols, complete Job Hazard Analyses, wear PPE, use personal locks and tags for machine isolation, and maintain a clean work environment
n
- Contribute to company growth and profitability through excellent customer service
n
- Travel within Australia and internationally as required
n
- Work indoors and outdoors in construction sites, industrial facilities, or remote locations
n
- Travel to customer sites for service calls and perform occasional overtime or weekend work
n
- Coordinate service activities with service, sales, and administration colleagues
n
- Build and maintain professional relationships with clients as the primary contact for service-related inquiries
n

Requirements

- Previous experience in a maintenance field service environment
n




- Commitment to workplace safety

- Australian Manual Drivers Licence
n
- Excellent customer service ability
n
- Experience with pneumatic equipment
n
- Fault-finding skills in compressed air equipment

- Ability to work effectively as part of a team

- Ability to work in a busy, dynamic environment

- Willingness to travel within Australia and internationally as required
