What We Offer

- Salary up to $90,000 – $110,000 + super
n
- $2,500 annual PD budget + 2 paid CPD days
n
- KPIs capped at 25 hours/week (including report writing) — designed for sustainability

Key Responsibilities
n
n
- Provide speech pathology services across communication and/or swallowing needs (paediatric and/or adult caseloads) within the clinic setting
n
- Tailor your caseload based on your interests, strengths, and experience
n
- Complete comprehensive assessments (communication and/or swallowing)
n
- Develop and implement evidence-based intervention plans
n
- Deliver individual therapy and capacity‐building supports
n
- Support clients with:n n
- Speech and language development
n
- Social communication
n
- AAC systems and alternative communication supports
n
- Mealtime management and swallowing (if applicable)
n
n
- Write clear, functional clinical reports, including NDIS documentation and funding recommendations
n
- Collaborate closely with families, carers, support teams, educators, and other stakeholders
n
- Work alongside the multidisciplinary team to support holistic client outcomes
n
- Maintain clinical documentation in line with Speech Pathology Australia and organisational standards
n
n
About You
n
n
- You have at least 3 years' experience and feel confident managing a caseload independently (with team support available)
n
- You're proactive, adaptable, and able to work both independently and collaboratively
n
- You have strong interpersonal and written communication skills
n
- You're comfortable using digital systems and clinical platforms
n
- You have experience working within the NDIS
n
- You're committed to evidence‐based, client‐centred practice
n
- You're open to feedback and value ongoing learning and development
n
- You enjoy being part of a team and value connection, collaboration, and supporting those around you
n

- Qualification in Speech Pathology
n
- Eligibility for Speech Pathology Australia membership
n

- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
n
- Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
n
- Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
n
- Qualified indemnity insurance (can be arranged prior to commencement)
n
- First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain)
n
