Melton City Council is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of our Technology Change Program, a key initiative supporting Council's broader Transformation Program.

n

This is an exciting opportunity to drive large-scale technology and business change project that will modernise systems, improve organisational capability and deliver lasting benefits to our growing community.

About the Role

n

Reporting to the Program Director, you will:

n

n
- Lead the successful delivery of complex technology transformation project.
n
- Manage project governance, budgets, risks, schedules and reporting.
n
- Build strong relationships with executive leaders, business stakeholders, vendors and project teams.
n
- Drive organisational change, training and adoption of new technologies.
n
- Provide strategic advice and regular reporting to senior leadership and governance groups.
n

You will bring:

n

n
- Tertiary qualifications in Project Management, IT, Business or a related field.
n
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and governance frameworks.
n
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement, communication and negotiation skills.
n




- Demonstrated experience leading teams and managing complex programs in fast-paced environments.
n
- Experience in Local Government and TechnologyOne environments will be highly regarded.
n
